  My Husband and I come here often, but today was our last time. I was craving a salad and wanted to give their Garden Salad a try. I noticed that he didn't add much lettuce but put so much tomatoes, onions, and cheese, covering the lettuce. When I got in the car and started to eat the salad I coudnt even because the lettuce was ICE COLD AND LIMP . There was ice chips on some of the lettuce and some of the other pieces were wet and limp, like when you leave vegetables in the wrong part of the refrigerator . That wasn't a problem my husband and I just turned around to see maybe if he had fresher lettuce . I went in and told "E" that my salad was icy and limp . AND HE IMMEDIATELY GOT UPSET AND SAID "NO IT IS NOT" ,"HE WASN'T ARGUING WITH ME ABOUT A SALAD" AND BEGAN TO TELL EVERYONE IN HIS STORE THAT "THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT GIRL BECAUSE THEIR WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SALAD". Well being that I'm not dumb and ate salads every day for 10 years , Im pretty sure the salad was icy. It was so cold it hurt my two teeth. Anyways, He exemplified poor customer service skills, and if he is the owner and cannot at least fake good customer service to the people putting money in his pockets. I dont want to see how he runs his business with employees . I love to give an up and coming black business a try, but this is exactly why you cant deal with some people . I wish his business prosperity but am not sure how long it will last if he treats his customers with such disrespect.
